29thOct11-9am-ADA

This is our first laughter yoga session with ADA (Alzheimer's Disease Association)'s staff, organized by
Jocelyn Neo (Ms) - Manager - Corporate Services and Community Partnerships. It is for 27 staff but only 23    lucky ones + a photographer turn up and the session was held at the venue-NHC (Toa Payoh). Per Jocelyn, the purpose of our staff attending this course is to be trained to be able to lead their clients in laughter therapy.
At the end of the sessions these are the feedback from 23 of them:   happy, feeling great, very relax, fun but tired, less tense, can be done easily with the elderly, enjoyable, feeling good, feel relief,  very good form of exercise, will try to practice how to laugh and encourage my elderly to laugh, awake, no more worries, brain feel free and cool, heart open and happy, something new - uplifting of feelings, will learn to laugh from the heart and not from the mind, manage to release my stress, a new experience, energy level goes up, refresh, able to breath properly, beneficial for self and clients
The photographer commented: "As an observer, I noticed my colleagues became more lively, entertained and happy. I 've also never seen some of them this playful and cheerful. Laughter Yoga boosted their energy level"
Please see the movie to see how they enjoy the session. We looked forward to more such sessions from ADA.
