My journey with Laughter Yoga. It all begins with a CLYL session with Jean follow by a 5 days CLYT session in India with Dr Madan Kataria. Now I am laughing for no reasons...ha-ha-ha!!!

2ndJune'12-BrahmCentre
Steven invited me to share a laughter session with Brahm Centre members. About 30 of them turned up. The team-pulse check in the beginning were from 3 to 6. At the end of the session their energy level rose by 100% - see the movie and be convinced...hahaha!!!
Thanks to SiewYin, LimHH, Grace, Ming and Mum for their support. We look forward to more such sessions in Brahm Centre. Very good very good yeah!!!
