Special thanks to Grace(who picked up the LY-fun when I was invited to demo in Kee Yew's workshop) for sharing with Yvonne about LY. Thanks to Yvonne for her faith and trust that this LY exercise as she was able to gather a group(28pax) of her 'exercise kaki' to come and experience the wonder of laughter today. Everyone told me they enjoy, felt very happy, relax and best of all they have alot of fun. I think the pix and snap-shot of the video speak for it self.
