My journey with Laughter Yoga. It all begins with a CLYL session with Jean follow by a 5 days CLYT session in India with Dr Madan Kataria. Now I am laughing for no reasons...ha-ha-ha!!!

WLD-1st May'11(starts 8.30am) at Bedok Reservoir Park
My original plan was to join Jean in JB. Yes, I was hesitant about having our Singapore miniature version of WLD celebration. Together with Eleanor we make a decision to go ahead and I think it was a wise one. Not too sure if we managed to stir up any interest among the morning joggers but our team enjoyed the 3 hours session. A good ending with great food too from all the laughter partners.
