Had a joyous session with the group of 22 staff organized by the Health and Nursing group of Nat Steel - Melissa and Michelle. An hour session was extended as the staff were heartily laughing away. Looking forward to more LOL (laughing over lunch) sessions. ha haha!!!

My journey with Laughter Yoga. It all begins with a CLYL session with Jean follow by a 5 days CLYT session in India with Dr Madan Kataria. Now I am laughing for no reasons...ha-ha-ha!!!
