Our team was invited to participate in one of PA’s Clap programe. See the write-out on ‘CLAP’ . Our job was to help pull in crowd on a nice 9am Sunday morning. I think we did very well. Thanks so much to my team for their great support : Danny, Eric, Eleanor, CC and Ong, Tham and JB’s friend, Yap.

The Community Life Arts Programme started in 2001. It seeks to enliven the Central Singapore District by bringing arts to the heartlands and promoting the message of “Arts for all”. It has grown and developed into one of Central Singapore CDC’s key regular programme which has the potential to reach large audiences. It was estimated that we had approximately 10,000 participants in Year 2004.

CLAP! involves the participation of individuals, groups of people from corporate and volunteer organizations.

CLAP! is a platform for those with a passion to perform, who wants to share their dreams and to showcase their talents. So wait no more, proceed to our information and registration booth if you have enquiries or wish to sign up with us to showcase your talent.

9.00am : Introduction of Laughter Yoga
Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea - simple and profound. Anyone can Laugh for no Reason, without relying on humour, jokes or comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. The concept of laughter yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One gets the same psychological and physiological benefits.
