A Laughter Yoga session at Anchorvale CC. Although there were only 4 participants, we had alot of laughter in the room too. I decided after this session that I will conduct any session even though they don't have the min. number of students in a class. Those who want to laugh just can't wait and I should not disappoint them.

Had a challenging 1 hr LYoga session with children aged between 3-12 years old together with 2 of their parents. This is my first Lyoga session with children and it was indeed an eye-opening for me. very good very good yeah!!!

LeeAhMoi home-6Dec'10

A group of volunteers who helped up at the LeeAhMoi aged home, decided to do something different this year. I was invited to share laughter yoga with the residents living in LeeAhMoi home. It was indeed a new experience for me. I heard they enjoyed it and wanted more. I am looking forward to 'play' with them again. very good very good yeah!!!
