Special thanks to Grace(who picked up the LY-fun when I was invited to demo in Kee Yew's workshop) for sharing with Yvonne about LY. Thanks to Yvonne for her faith and trust that this LY exercise as she was able to gather a group(28pax) of her 'exercise kaki' to come and experience the wonder of laughter today. Everyone told me they enjoy, felt very happy, relax and best of all they have alot of fun. I think the pix and snap-shot of the video speak for it self. I must thank CLYL-Eric, SiewYin, Ming and mum for their support. I dedicate this video and the song  世上只有妈妈好 to all mothers in the world.

SMC celebrated WLD #2 this year .
For WLD this year, my team and I decided to have it near my house... yes at the void deck of block 102.
As it was a long weekend, many couldn't come to the session due to last minutes travel, holiday, mother's day celebration, sick, other commitment etc etc . None the less the show goes on with close to 20 pax.

We had a good 1 hour laughter session follow by a simple yet great food of pot luck from everyone's contribution. Very good very good yeah!!!

28th April 2012 - We were invited to attend the love to bloom workshop. Before the lucky draw session, we had a 15 mins.laughter yoga session.

I celebrated my b'day 1 day in advance with my laughter students and invited guest. We had some 'makan' and yes, a Laughter Yoga session...testing out the new wireless speaker set b'day gift. hahaha!!!

22Mar2012-FMC

22nd March 2012 session - 4 of us: CLYL-Doris, LPs-Lim and SiewYin went to Gul Circle - FMC Technology Singapore Pte Ltd, thanks to John-Worksolution to have fun with close to 40 staff of FMC. I thought I would be training a team of tough male engineers and technicians  but to my surprise,  close to half present were female administrative support staff. This combination is a result of a great laughter yoga session today. The attached movie is a testimony of their enjoyment.

11thMar'12-Sunlove

We were invited by Raymond (Sunlove incharge) to have fun with the residence on 11th Mar 2012. This time round  about 50 residence were present with less than 10 of them experiencing it the 2nd time round.  For this LY session we were supported by Danny, Doris, Eric, Lim, Siew Lan, Ming and Mum. Yam cakes, sweets and biscuits were also donated by the team.
