AMK family serv centre-senior citizens@25mar'11

Thank to Sunny, recent CLYL, I was invited to do a 1 hr free session to a group of 60 senior citizens staying around Block 26, Sim Ming. This is part of their monthly family service centre activity. They must have enjoyed as they kept asking when they can see us again...ha ha ha!!!  I am very happy to have my students and friends joining me in today session - Doris, Mary, Mdm Ong, husband and a nurse friend. It was indeed an experience for each and everyone present today,

Taman Jurong CC-15Mar'11@3pm

A first session with Taman Jurong CC. Interesting team we have in the class: pregnant lady, 2 grandparents with their granddaughter, a couple with health problem and some just came out of curiosity. Together with my students (Doris, Ong, CC, Marlin, Mary, Ravi, Sharon, Esi) we had a great session. The team especially enjoyed the milking cow exercise. Now looking forward to another session in May.

Nanyang CC-15Mar'11@12.30pm(S2)

This is my second laughter yoga session for children from the Nanyang CC. This time round, I am very happy to see so many girls attending my class. Sure enough I have another very exciting time with the 5 girls, 1 boy + 3 adults. One comment made by a little girl "am very happy to laugh with aunty". Isn't sad to know that adult have stopped laughing with their children. Anyhow, I feel so good when they asked if they can come back for another session. Yes, I am looking forward to the coming June school holiday session. Hopefully, I will have a full class of 40 ...hahaha!!!

Dr Madan Kataria visit to Singapore-2nd March 2011

On his way to JB, Dr MK decided to stop over Singapore for a day and inspired the LY professional. So quickly  CLYT/Ben packed his 1 day with joy and laughter in between meeting. I was the amateur video person with him. Hence the pictures are not too professional...ha ha ha..but the smiling faces are all very real indeed.

We also managed to squeeze in an hour of laughter session at the Hahahehe club at Henderson on the morning of 3rd March '11.

AIA insurance group-5th Jan'11

Stanley (a TCM practioner), organized a laughter session for me with AIA. It turned out that the district manager, Sharon Chin was my ex-subordinate working in Bolnar. She told everyone I was a tough boss and here I am trying to teach them how to laugh... ha ha ha!!! The 1 hour session was held after their monthly budget meeting. I think the session was impactful and I honestly hope the team will continued to practise what I taught... verygood verygood yeah!!!

BengKim group at MacRitche-4th Jan'11

Beng Kim and her sister are two Buddhist friends. This is the second time I conducted a 1 hr session with them in the open park but with different participants. We even did the lying down exercises. I encouraged Beng Kim to help start a laughter club in her condo. Two sessions of training had been introduced to more than 30 residents yet it seems very difficult to gather those interested to meet at the same time on a particular day, ha ha ha!!!
